1. Introduction

• You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform or subject to any court or regulatory order prohibiting gambling activities.

betin may at any time request documentary proof of age, identity, address, or source of funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one account on the betin Platform. Opening multiple accounts (also known as duplicate or multi-accounting) is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending bonuses.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. betin will never ask you to share your password via email, chat, or phone. You must take the following precautions:

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other website or application.
• Log out of your account after every session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

Account Verification (KYC)

Before processing your first withdrawal, and at any other time deemed necessary, betin may require you to submit valid identification documents such as a National ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence, together with proof of address. Accounts that fail the KYC process or that provide fraudulent documents will be permanently suspended and any pending withdrawals forfeited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on betin are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). betin supports the payment methods most commonly used by players in Bangladesh to make deposits and withdrawals as convenient as possible.

Supported Payment Methods

betin currently supports the following payment channels for Bangladeshi players:

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• All active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. Requesting a withdrawal while a rollover requirement is active may result in bonus cancellation.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever operationally possible.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Processing times are typically within 24 hours for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and 2-3 business days for bank transfers.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

betin offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms below as well as any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered. By claiming any bonus, you agree to all applicable terms.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are subject to a rollover / wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• The specific wagering requirement multiplier (e.g., 30x, 40x) for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms and conditions.
• betin reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. betin actively detects and prevents bonus abuse.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for 7 days from the date of credit unless otherwise specified. Unused free spins expire automatically.

betin does not guarantee that any specific promotion will be offered at any given time. The availability of promotional offers is subject to change based on player activity, geographic location, and other factors at the Operator's discretion.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betin Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Collusion, match-fixing, or any coordinated attempt to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Use of automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripting to interact with the Platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once or circumventing account restrictions.
• Any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or attempted fraud, including the use of stolen or unauthorised payment instruments.
• Harassment, threatening behaviour, abusive language, or any conduct that disrupts the experience of other players or betin staff.

Non-material changes (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications, or formatting updates) may take effect immediately without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request the closure of your account.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
